Resolving An Issue
As Ombudsman for Manitoba's credit unions, Credit Union Central of Manitoba (CUCM) is a mediator, not an arbitrator. We seek satisfactory resolution of complaints with a view to fairness.
If you are engaged in a dispute, if you have questions related to policy, or if you require assistance with an unresolved issue with your credit union, we can assist in helping you and your credit union find a solution together.
