If you are engaged in a dispute, if you have questions related to policy, or if you require assistance with an unresolved issue with your credit union, we will help bring you and your credit union together, with a view to finding a solution.
When bringing a matter to our attention, please include the name of your credit union, your phone number, and describe the nature of your issue in as much detail as possible. Providing your consent allowing us to contact the credit union on your behalf will expedite the process, although you may contact us only, initially, if you wish.
