CUCM Board of Directors
CUCM's board of directors is a policy-making, supervisory, governing body charged with the overall responsibility of ensuring that CUCM is effectively managed for the long-term benefit of credit unions.
Nine directors, elected by the delegates from credit union peer groups, make up CUCM's board. Directors serve a three-year term, with elections conducted on a rotational basis to ensure continuity. Director responsibilities include:
