Compliance, Risk & Governance
We offer guidance and support in the form of trend analysis, information / policy repositories, incident assistance / management, and training, as well as acting as a liason when necessary in the areas of compliance and risk management.
Communications & Engagement
We facilitate cooperation among credit unions, provide digital and physical spaces for collaboration, and ensure that credit unions are kept up to date on happenings within the system and the financial services industry.
Credit Adjudication & Lending Education
We authorize loan applications in excess of established discretionary lending limits and provide expert lending advice and education to credit unions.
Manuals
We provide guidance to credit unions on best practices for policies and procedures in a variety of specialized areas, as well as one-on-one support.
Partnerships
In addition to the services below, CUCM also maintains business relationships with, and investments in, a number of entities on behalf of Manitoba credit unions.
Settlement Services
We provide settlement services for our customers.
Treasury
We maintain liquidity for Manitoba's credit unions, meeting liquidity requirements at a provincial and national level, and providing a place for credit unions to invest and borrow funds.
Research
We conduct a proactive and responsive cycle of research, monitoring, and knowledge transfer that illuminates issues and options for credit unions.
